For the past few weeks I have been making tiny notes about my New Year goals, and beside the usual stuff (dress more like French women, eat healther or read more books), I'm going to mix it up a bit! The plan is that each night before going to sleep I'll make a list of about 5 "things" that made me happy and gave me a warm fuzzy feeling that day! I read it somewhere that if you keep this up, it will chance your whole outlook for the better. Dears, how does that sound? Wanna join in? What are your plans for 2011? xo
