Bad news first. I regretfully report that I had to return the iRobot Roomba today. Sadly, I just was not impressed with the performance of the vacuum. I ran the dear machine twice and decided for the money it cost, it just wasn't a good fit for our house. The vac kept getting caught on the rugs (no fringe in this house, no shag, just seagrass) and bumping into the furniture, leaving a few faint marks. I just could not stand it. I did not trust that I could schedule an unsupervised cleaning without a snag. I packed it up today and took it back.

Do you have an ipad? Do you have a MacBook, MacBook Pro or MacBook Air? I would love to know what you think is the best technology for the money. Honestly, I would just like to have one of each, but I suppose that is out of the question. Does anyone have any profound thoughts or advice on the subject?
