Nicole is "ballsy". She finds homes that need to be renovated to sell, basically, she flips houses. I love what I have seen so far. Sometimes she finds really creative ways to finish the houses on a limited budget. One of the episodes I watched, she and her brother decided to rob original hardwood flooring from closets to finish the main areas of the house with original hardwood. They replaced the closets with newer, affordable wood while maintaining the original character of the house while it was in it's prime. She also purchased outdoor paint for the outside of the house and trim. Once the color was applied to the house, she did not like the way that it looked. She decided to start mixing the paints that she already purchased until she came up with a color that suited the house. She wasn't going to waste time & money. She also went to a salvage store to buy kitchen cabinets at a deep discount. Her brother made it work and it looked like it actually was made for the house. She updates the houses, but really keeps the original beauty of the homes intact. She installs updated classic plumbing throughout.

I just love how driven she seems. She gets dirty and knows what she wants and at the end of the day she looks really pretty and fit and she is a single mom on top of it all.
I would say she is a successful gal.
