Balazs and I are having those overly-busy-no-time-for-proper-cooking type of weeks, so after spotting this B.E.L.T. sandwich on kiss my spatula we're indulging in sandwich eating and this one is our favourite so far! Yesterday we even had it with a homemade Itailan bread that my friend Liz made for us:) Darlings, what is your meal choice during busy times? xo
