

Blueberries are officially my favourite spring/summer fruit! My friend Sofia is all about healthy eating (she is also a chef). I love when she invites me to the local organic market and I get a two-hour-tour of ins and outs to healthy living. I always feel so empowerd afterwards. So, last week we got tons of fresh blueberries that are one of the superfoods and are totally loaded with antioxidants to keep us all looking young and beautiful! (giggle). Since then I can't stop munching on them. Darlings, do you like snacking on fruits? How do you eat your blueberries? What's your favourite spring/summer fruit? xox
P.S: Fun Fact: To get more nutrition from your blueberries, toss them into a steamy bowl of oatmeal instead of cereals as cold milk tends to block your body's absorption! Interesing:)
