Apple Crisp

Balazs was working long hours last week so by Friday I could see that he was exhausted. Instead of cooking at home we bundled up in coats and went out for a dinner to our favourite local diner. Afterwards, I wanted to treat him to something sweet so I made apple crisp with extra serving of cinnamon and apples. It was so easy to whip up and incredibly delicious. What is it about baked apples and cinnamon that makes you feel so happy? xoxox

Ps: Last night we finally saw the The Proposal. (the ending melted my heart..aww..)
