For the seventh year in a row, museums all over France, indeed Europe, will be opening their doors to a night time public tomorrow.
To our delight, the Impressionist museum at Giverny is joining in with this event, and so it is that tomorrow evening we shall have supper then head off to the current Bonnard show.
I don't think I've ever done a nocturnal visit to an art museum before, I wonder whether the art will leave a particular impression. Do you think our minds and souls open up differently at night time, than in broad daylight. I'll be able to give you the answer on Sunday!
Wishing you all an artistic weekend!
