I am thinking about putting a couple of sconces in the dining room. I can't decide if I like single or double sconces best. Do you have sconces in your house?

I'm Finally Back!
Well, we moved in on December 23rd. I just connected with the internet about 10 minutes ago. I tried to surf with my phone, but the screen is so small, I will probably need glasses soon! Okay, I am really excited to finally post some pics of the house. I will try to touch on everything. Keep in mind we need some furniture and decor, but you will get the idea.
I suppose I will just start at the front door. I love our front door and the knocker!
I suppose I will just start at the front door. I love our front door and the knocker!
I think the front door says, "Welcome to our home!"
This is our entry light. It is very traditional. I was afraid it was too brassy, but I think it works being next to the dinning room light because it has antique brass on it as well. I actually like brass, but not polished brass. I like a little patina on the finish. We chose antique brass for our door knobs throughout the house as well.
We will be getting a larger dinning room table eventually. I will show sketches of the plans I have for each space as time goes on.
I positively love this light. I think it is stunning!
This is all I have time to post for now. I must give a shout-out to Elizabeth @ KentuckyMama. The 14th is her birthday! I wish her a wonderful day filled with wonderful birthday wishes!!
Also, I will not be able to post anything tomorrow. I am having a little procedure to have some kidney stones removed. I am sure I will be in a drug induced state. I will probably have a bit of a drug hangover on Friday. Please pray that I make it through. If not, you will not see the pics of the kitchen, and it is my favorite part of the house:)
Chao for now!!

Let There Be Light...
Drumroll please...
Hinkley Pendant light above the kitchen island. http://www.arcadianlighting.com/hk-4677-pl.html
This is the breakfast light. I found this at a consignment store in Lexington called Decoratifs. http://www.decoratifs.biz/
These are bathroom sconces from Restoration Hardware, Lugarno Collection, that we used in both the master and guest bath. http://www.restorationhardware.com/rh/catalog/product/product.jsp?productId=prod1096090&navCount=2
I saved the best for last. This is the Mini George from Circa Lighting that we put in the master bath. It is absolutely beautiful. My heart beats faster when I see it. I guess it is light love.
This is the Medium Paris Flea Market Chandelier from Circa Lighting. It is positively stunning in person. I can't even describe how brilliant it looks in person. I am so very happy with my lighting.
I have to mention that I worked with the most helpful and friendly lady, named, Kelly Dewberry. She helped me figure out what size my fixtures needed to be for my spaces, she helped me decide between two different chandeliers and she helped me receive the lights in time for the electricians to install. I think it is of great benefit to talk to someone who knows the product an can give you great insight as to what you can expect. I think the quality of lights from Circa is excellent. I have great loyalty to a business when I receive great customer service and their products that are worth the price. I know Kelly can help you if you are looking for a unique and quality made light. I will be calling her again in the future when I start decorating the bedrooms and office. You can contact Kelly at 912-447-1008 ext.203 or kelly@circalighting.com.
I will be posting pictures of the kitchen soon. I think it is my favorite part of the house. I really devoted a lot of time to planning the space and I think it was worth it.
Have a great weekend!
