A good friend of mine, Amy Ludwin prepared the Southwestern Caesar Salad for a girl's get together tonight. This fabulous salad is one of Debi Shawcross's recipes. Debi is a fellow Richmonder and is coming out with a new book, Friends at the Table. I will definitely be purchasing one!
